As we enter the museum, on our left we will see a freshwater exhibit with a waterfall and pond where freshwater fish swim.
This is an open exhibit where people can see the animals in the water from different viewing perspectives. Here we can see sharks, sea turtles, sting rays, and various fish.
This is an open exhibit where we can walk through the environment and look at the different animals. Here we can see crocodiles, turtles, and fish in the water. Snakes and lizards can be found in glass enclosures. Birds and bats freely fly around the enclosure.
We will attend the dolphin show where a trainer may teach the dolphin to do tricks such as jumping through the air or squeaking.
This exhibit shows a variety of jellyfish species with different lighting to highlight the certain colors and aspects of each jellyfish.
In the touch tank, we will see starfish, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, and moon jellies. Here we will be able to gently interact with these species and feel their different textures.
This exhibit has a variety of sharks in enclosed tanks. There is a circular tank where sharks can swim along with you as you walk through.
This exhibit is another open enclosure where we can walk through and look at the various animals. Here we can see monkeys, sloths, flamingos, and various tropical birds. Tarantulas and poison dart frogs are also in glass cases.
In this exhibit, we can see animals that are native to South America. Here, we see freshwater species including river turtles, river stingrays, tree frogs, boas, and freshwater fish.
The exhibit shows some animals that can become camouflaged and have other adaptations in order to survive. Here we can see shrimp, seahorses, octopuses, eels, and diverse fish.
The exhibit consists of a large reef where exotic fish, eels, and sharks swim and live.
This is another reef where we can see a large variety of colorful fish and coral.
