The Tech Age Girls project provides ICT, leadership, and professional skills training to young female leaders in high schools in the Philippines. It aims to address the underrepresentation of women in IT and develop the skills of 30 selected students through a training bootcamp. The students then implement community projects using their new skills. The Philippine Community eCenter Network implements the program with support from IREX and the US State Department to promote expanded roles for women in their communities and careers.
