  • #5 Ask the participants to explain about their understanding of a team.Try to derive the difference between a group and team. Try to carry forward the discussion by asking the participants to figure out the difference between the current and the past cricket team (under the captaincy of Sourav Ganguly). Tell them that there are hardly any major changes in the constituion of the team yet there is a lot of changes in the performance of the team.
