This document presents a design briefing for a cross-media interaction project aimed at new students arriving at TU Delft University. The project's goal is to inspire confidence in the students about their new environment, despite a large construction site, by portraying the site as an opportunity for fun rather than frustration. The target audience are new students who enjoy technology and social media. The proposal suggests using cell phones, social media, free newspapers, and popular blogs over the course of a week to emphasize the benefits of the construction and community spirit.
