Reports indicate that the two men were arrested and brutally beaten on the 15th of April by policemen from Delmas 33 police station; Mr Civil died in police custody, while Mr Lexima was released without charges.
The CCBE has been informed that, starting from 15th of April, Mr Florvilus has been the target of multiple threats and acts of intimidation.
According to the information that we received, on the 15th, 17th and 19th of April Mr Florvilus was repeatedly followed by the same police car. In addition, on the 11th of May, following a press conference held by the organisation DOP on the killing of Mr Civil, he was stopped on the street by two people in the municipality of Delma in Port-au-Prince. I feel a little bad for the static wireframe. It's had a bad year. In fact, UX deliverables in general have had a bad couple of years. There's a growing skepticism about the value of Personas and other traditional UX artefacts, as well as an onslaught of "get out of the deliverables business" refrains from Lean methodologies.
All of this led me to lots of introspection about deliverables, and if it’s actually possible to create deliverables that are useful to help create better products.
In this talk I’ll tell our story. How we stripped down all our deliverables to almost nothing, and then started building it all up again slowly by asking ourselves, “What is absolutely necessary for us to do a great job?” I’ll discuss some of the deliverables we’ve since created (such as Expanded Journey Maps and Content Slice Diagrams), how they’re useful to us, and how you might be able to use them in your design process as well.
We’ve come to realise that not all UX deliverables are bad. Only bad deliverables are bad.

Lal was born in Kartarpur, Punjab, India.
The son of a furniture merchant, he was
raised in an entrepreneurial family, and
understood from an early age the value of
hard work. One of his happiest childhood
memories is when he sold his first piece
of furniture at his father’s shop at age 11.
Growing up, his mother served as his role
model.
“I will always admire my mother because
throughout her life she has faced many
hardships. She overcame them while still
wearing a smile, and trying her best not to
burden others. She will always do the right
thing, regardless of what the consequences
are to her,” Lal explained.
In 1985, when he was 18, he came to New
York with his uncle. Originally, his plan was
to take a real estate course at NYU and
then return to India and work in that industry
in some capacity. However, when Lal saw
the great opportunities available in New
York, he decided he would do whatever it
took to stay. Lal’s first job in the city was at a
delicatessen in Greenwich Village. This deli
happened to be located right next to a real
estate brokerage.
“Many of the agents were frequent
customers of the deli where I worked,” he
recalled. “They always seemed happy
and gave me big tips! That’s what first
sparked the idea in my mind that pursuing
a career as a real estate agent might be a
good choice for me. I thought back to my
childhood in India and how much I enjoyed
helping my father sell his furniture. I thought
I could use some of those skills, on a larger
scale, now as an adult.”
Lal’s instincts proved correct, as he became
a top-performing agent immediately upon
embarking on his real estate career. In his
first year in the business, Johnny grossed
well over a quarter million dollars by renting
and selling apartments. The work ethic he
learned as a child has proven invaluable
over the years. The secret to his success is
simple hard work, a focus on client service,
