This document proposes a solution to problems with air pollution, boring billboards, and a lack of interactive information displays. The solution is a smart billboard that displays ads, interacts to provide information, and cleans air pollution. Research shows the air quality problems in the area. The proposal estimates the electricity usage and costs for the billboards, which would be around $4,000-$5,000 each. It argues that these smart billboards could help make the city smarter by cleaning the air, providing interactive information to citizens, and engaging people with technology. The end users would be citizens and companies, and the benefits would include cleaner air, improved health, better communication, and increased acceptance of new technologies.
