This document outlines two programs - Capitalizing on the Student Market and Capitalizing on the AIESEC Alumni Market. For the Student Market program, the key value propositions are building professional skills, leadership development, international experience and exposure, and discovering career paths. The minimum criteria are being a 3rd or 4th year student, background in teaching, strong English and presentation skills, and passion for education. For the AIESEC Alumni program, the key value is completing their AIESEC experience and applying skills through quick internship matching. Minimum criteria are similar to the Student program with the addition of must have been an AIESEC member. Both programs outline recruitment timelines and target markets.
