This document outlines an engagement program for EPs (Exchange Participants) over 8 weeks leading up to their exchange. It includes: 1) Weekly seminars on induction, development, outgoing preparation, and culture preparation. 2) Communication channels like email, phone, and social media to engage EPs. 3) Partnering with external organizations like Libbler and Zenlinx to provide career development training, personality and brain profiling to help EPs understand their strengths and weaknesses. 4) Libbler offers free online resources, training videos, internship opportunities while Zenlinx provides a paid brain mapping system to help EPs learn about their potential.
