Activity 1
Instructions
1. Make a group of four.
2. In three minutes, one student in every group make up a
sentence by using present perfect tense imagining that it
is an answer to a question. They must keep the sentence
to themselves.
3. Now in their groups each student tells his/her 'answers'
and others ask possible questions.
4. Write down their questions and answer on a paper and
submit to a teacher.
5. Then present the answer and the best question to present
in front of class.
Example
Group 1 : Student 1 : I have got a fever for three days.
(keep the sentence to his/her mind)
Student 2 : How long have you got a fever?
Student 3 : How many days have you got a fever?
Student 4 : Have you got a fever?

Instructions
1. Put students into groups of four
2. Every group chooses discussion statement each and then
let them discuss the statement for a few minutes.
3. Then each group rotates the statements around the groups.
Continue doing like this until every group has a chance to
discuss every single statement.
4. Once all the students have discussed, teacher will ask the
class to vote the discussion statement they want to discuss
most.
5. Prepare discussion in group for 5 minutes then discuss
and share in front of the class .
1. Talk about the symptoms of a fever and tell how to
cure.
2. What are the causes of having got a cold? Do you have
your own ways to treat the symptoms?
3. Make a list of factors that can lead to become diarrhea.
How do you cope with it? Tell how to cure.
4. If you put on weight, you might become overweight.
Then, it can lead to obesity. Tell how to lose weight!
5. Have you ever known about diabetes, the body cannot
control the level of sugar in the blood? Do tell the
symptoms of diabetes in the list.
6. If you caught the flu, how could you
take care of yourself? Discuss and
express ideas how to heal

7. If you were diagnosed as having a
mental illness, how could you give the
patients advice? Make a list of your advice

Doctors and patients
Direction
Work in pairs.
Then teacher gives a card each student.
The patients will get the symptom’s detail
while the doctors will get medical records.
Next, it’s time for doctors and patients to have
a conversation.
Finally, the doctors have to come up in front
of the class to report their medical records.
