teachers you work with. Your work as a
Mentor identifies you as a leader in your
school.

LEADERSHIP ABILITIES



My strengths of communication, empathy, includer, strategist,
and wooer allows me to be a great team player and mentor for
any new teacher. The abilities I possess will allow me to help
develop a new teacher into someone who can also become a
leader in the future. A new teacher will realize that I am a team
player and will create a passion and excitement within them
where their goal is to experience success.
PERSONAL STRENGTHS



There are two strengths that I value and hold precious and that
is the ability to understand the feelings of others and make a
connections with them. In order to mentor a new teacher, you
must be able to first make a connection with them and be aware
of the stress they may be under due to a new school and
profession. I have the capabilities of enabling a new teacher to
relax and enjoy the experience of being a first year teacher and
use my experience and leadership traits to create a successful
educator for our school and district.

The abilities I possess will allow me to help develop a new teacher into someone who can also become a leader in the future. A new teacher will realize that I am a team player and will create a passion and excitement within them where their goal is to experience success.
  • 15. PERSONAL STRENGTHS There are two strengths that I value and hold precious and that is the ability to understand the feelings of others and make a connections with them. In order to mentor a new teacher, you must be able to first make a connection with them and be aware of the stress they may be under due to a new school and profession. I have the capabilities of enabling a new teacher to relax and enjoy the experience of being a first year teacher and use my experience and leadership traits to create a successful educator for our school and district.
