2. Write a program to find out the given year is leap year or not.
If the given input is leap year print 1 else print 0.
Input – 2048
Output - 1
• Algorithm
Step 1:
read input n from the user;
Step 2:
if n is divisible by either 4 or 400 and the remainder is 0 then,
print 1;
else
print 0;
