2. Create clear business goals
• Collaborate with your team to understand the
challenges.
• Together create 10 clear goals for the year.
• Cross out 7 and focus on the top 3.
• Develop a timing plan for delivering each goal.
• This will create a stepping stone for achievements
required each week.

3. Be time efficient & disciplined.
• Allocate half an hour daily for social media.
• Set up rules to stay in control of your emails.
• Set an agenda and time allocation for meetings
and stick to it.
• Have a clear desk policy – clear desk = clear
mind!
• Eat that frog! Do your hardest task first
• Focus on one task at a time and reward yourself
when completed.

• Focus on one task at a time and complete it.
• Create separate files for different pieces of work.

5. Give yourself brain space.
• Solitude is the best thinking tool.
• Choose a quiet spot to write an important document,
• Give yourself breaks from emails and phone calls.
• Meditate daily, 3 minutes makes a huge difference.
• Take time out to allow yourself to think creatively.

6. Delegate
• Move from a producer to a supervisor role.
• Lead!
• Brief and delegate effectively to your team.
• Its hard to let go, but in order to grow it is essential.
• It’s a win win situation - your team are motivated and you
have more time!
