This document provides instructions for turbocharging a 2004 Chevy Cavalier. It involves purchasing a turbo kit, fuel injectors, clutch, exhaust, and other performance parts. The stock engine is then removed to inspect the lower end and replace any worn parts before installing the new turbo components, including the manifold, injectors, and clutch. Finally, the vehicle is tuned at a performance shop and the $4500 upgrade is ready to provide more power.

2. • 1. Buy a 2004 Chevy Cavalier.

3. • 2. Buy turbo, waist gate, 350cc fuel injectors, new high performance
manifold, intercooler kit, stage 3 clutch, boost gauge piller, 2 ¾ in.
stainless steel cat back exhausts, and 2 step launch control.

4. • 3. Take out the 2.3 litter engine and remove the oil pan to make sure
the lower end is okay, then clean it. After take apart the upper end
replace any sticking lifters or possible cracked pistons.

5. • 4. Replace the stock clutch with the stage 3.
• 5. Swap out the old manifold with the new one.
• 6. Swap out the old injectors with the new 350cc
injectors.

6. • 7. After it is all back and assembled set up the 2 step launch control.
• 8. After this take it to the performance shop and have them tune it
and reprogram ECU.
