History of Soundtrack
 In movie industry terminology usage, a sound track is an audio recording created or used in film
production or post-production. Initially the dialogue, sound effects, and music in a film each has its own
separate track (dialogue track, sound effects track, and music track), and these are mixed together to make
what is called the composite track, which is heard in the film. A dubbing track is often later created when
films are dubbed into another language. This is also known as a M & E track (music and effects) containing
all sound elements minus dialogue which is then supplied by the foreign distributor in the native language
of its territory.
 The contraction soundtrack came into public consciousness with the advent of so-called "soundtrack
albums" in the late 1940s. First conceived by movie companies as a promotional gimmick for new films,
these commercially available recordings were labelled and advertised as "music from the original motion
picture soundtrack", or "music from and inspired by the motion picture." These phrases were soon
shortened to just "original motion picture soundtrack." More accurately, such recordings are made from a
film's music track, because they usually consist of the isolated music from a film, not the composite (sound)
track with dialogue and sound effects.
 The abbreviation OST is often used to describe the musical soundtrack on a recorded medium, such as CD,
and it stands for Original Soundtrack; however, it is sometimes also used to differentiate the original music
heard and recorded versus a rerecording or cover of the music

Makeup
The makeup bring a cinematic feel to the cover, a
sense of drama and mystery. Bold colours such as
red as well as darker tones would be best to create
this atmosphere of secrets and anticipation, which
will entice the reader.
Examples of artists to be on the front
cover.
 Some examples of people to
include on the cover include Lorde
as she curated the Hunger games
soundtrack, perhaps Sam Smith for
his no 1 single from the Bond
soundtrack or artists such as The
Weeknd or Ellie Goulding due to
there work of the fifty shades of
grey soundtrack.
 These types of artists are well
received by a male and female
audience.

The charts
Billboard has a specific soundtrack chart, seen
below (December 2015) to chart albums for this
genre. Sam Smith's single 'writing's on the wall' for
the Bond film Spectre soundtrack charted number
one on the UK charts. The Weeknd's single 'earned
it' from the fifty shades of grey soundtrack charted
number three on the billboard charts. Ellie
Goulding's 'love me like you do' from the fifty
shades of grey soundtrack spent four weeks at
number on the UK carts. Thus proving the genre is
a popular one due to it's joint promotion from
films and radio.

Analysis of a Q&A and free flowing
 A structured Q&A uses a bold font for the questions and a conventional
smaller font for the answers. However my example of a free flowing
interview has a grab quote in the centre with the rest of the article around
it, font and layout remains consistent.
 The free flowing article begins by introducing the individual, addressing
there previous work and upcoming work, then movies on to describing his
appearance and behaviour at the interview briefly.
 The Q&A does not begin with a introduction but with the first question by
the interviewer.
 I prefer the free flowing style as it allows more flexibility with layout, font
and an introduction/ initial detail is important to begin the article. It also
produces an article that appears more truthful, intimate and relaxed.
