This document is a skills audit and personal statement from a student enrolled in a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production course focusing on games design. Personal Statement
I think that I am very reliable when it comes to getting work done to a certain deadline this allows
me to focus on improvements fairly quickly which therefore boosts my grade up substantially, this
has worked to my advantage countless of times and this shows that I am able to manage my time
as I have never been put on action plan or I have never missed a deadline for college coursework,
an example for this would be to look at my progress through each of my assignments with each
tutor and that will show the evidence of me being reliable. When working my way through
assignment my creativity has allowed me to ease through what would seem a very difficult stage
of a task, and as a result to that my end product doesn’t look half bad if you were to look at my
unit 78 concept art. But overall I think that I seem to be efficient when completing tasks and
keeping my grade to an adequate level, also when I have started to use new software like for
example Lightwave and Illustrator it does not take me too long to get my head around the tools
within each program, this also allows me to carry on with a current assignment or to prepare for a
new assignment all together. Here are a few programs that I have used when working through
assignments.

All these programs that I have used have allowed to progress through work and to also give me
experience if I were to use these in the future.my strong point I seem to have is getting information
producing them into PowerPoint’s as they are quick and easy to show my work when posting on
blogger, and lets my tutors look through my work easily, finally I think that it can be a lot more
appealing to the eye and that is why I prefer to use PowerPoint rather that word when producing
work.
