Our services are offered round the clock to solve any kind of problems related with the computers/Network/Server. In TNS we provide
multiple Option like Non-comprehensive AMC /Comprehensive AMC / Resident Engineer.
• Non- Comprehensive-AMC (only service is provided)
• Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is maintenance & repair services rendered by the service provider and manufacturers
to the customers, at an exchange of prices, once the warranty of manufacturers’ warranty is over. The annual maintenance
contract helps the customers to maintain their products in efficient working conditions for usually one year for free of cost.
One of the major advantages of using annual maintenance services are that AMC services saves from unexpected
maintenance and repair cost. Besides this, the clients can avail the systematically & timely executed annual maintenance
contract services that also renders rounds the clock maintenance & repair from qualified technicians and support
staff. Annual maintenance contract also provides the clients with effective advantages of planning of the maintenance and
repair services at regular intervals of time, of the products such as air conditioners or heavy machinery. The annual
maintenance contract enables the clients with only the genuine spare parts of the machinery or air conditioners for better
performance and durability.
• Comprehensive AMC – (Comprehensive AMC includes parts & service)
• In a comprehensive AMC, the analysis of breakdowns/faults in the hardware and repairing/service is taken care of by the
service provider. This includes spare parts replacement. Apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done, on a pre-
determined/agreed-to frequency. Note: It excludes all physical mishandling or damages.
• Resident Engineer – (onsite support 365 days)
• The Resident Engineer service provides you with a technically skilled and operationally focused engineer who is familiar with
Hardware and networking technology. A dedicated TNS Resident Engineer is available as a supplement to your resources to
provide assistance remotely or on the customer’s premises, with a focus on all technical aspects of customers networks,
software, and hardware products.
