Key Messages & Brand Strategy
Our work with the National Foundation for Facial
Reconstruction not only acknowledged their powerful brand
attributes, but the rich, respected history of the organization
(founded 1951) and their strategic partners—
Forward Face, NYU and The Institute of Reconstructive
Plastic Surgery (IRPS) which it wholly funds.
Our well-regarded and highly-appreciated efforts were shared
in the organization’s newsletter (circulation 12,000) and more
importantly, set the stage for their successful rebrand.

Board Recruitment
Two years after our board development work,
New York Musical Theatre Festival celebrated
their most successful year with a clear nod to a
transformed, dynamic board.
The board realized their full potential in terms of
proficiencies, scope and size while applying our
board marketing, cultivation and onboarding
recommendations.
Fun fact:
This project was featured in a doctoral thesis as a
successful board team dynamic case study.
