companies .These assets are owned in different percentages along with BSCPL Infrastructure Ltd and

A brief on the scaling up of the business and consequent funds raised and other achievements is as

2. In 2007 the company had its Initial Public Offering (IPO) raising Rs 158 cr.
In 2010 the company did a share issue to Qualified Institutional Investors raising Rs 127cr.
In 2011 an amount of Rs 50 cr was raised as private Equity.
Via Debt for Working Capital
In 2006 the sanctioned debt facility (fund based) was Rs 56 cr and non-fund Rs 200 cr. By 2015 this
facility was increased to over Rs 500 cr (fund based) and Rs 2000 cr non fund under a consortium
arrangement of 14 Banks.
