◆ 特性說明∕CHARACTERISTICS ILLUSTRATIONS
( 一) 隔音、隔熱：
南亞天花板，係PVC製成，材質具隔音，隔熱效果，
最適於製作天花板。
( 二) 材質具自熄性，不易燃燒。
( 三) 不吸水：
南亞天花板不吸水的特性，安裝於冷氣空調的天花板
時，不吸收空調管落下之水滴，避免造成水漬，影響
外觀。
( 四) 特殊耐候性配方，維持天花板色澤，恆久不變。
( 五) 質地輕，施工容易，損耗率低：
南亞天花板，由生產、儲運、施工過程中，具最低損
耗率，節省材料，且施工簡便，安裝後可自行拆下清
洗，維護簡便。
( 六) 安全無虞：
南亞天花板，長期使用，不產生浮塵，無礙於人體健
康。
(1) Sound-insulation, Heat-insulation:
Nan Ya Ceiling Board are made of rigid PVC, which is sound-insulation,
heat-insulation, suitable for making ceiling.
(2) The material is self-fire extinguishing, non-flammable.
(3) Non-water-absorption:
Since Nan Ya Ceiling Board character-istics of non-water-absorption,
therefore it will not absorb the water drips fallen from
air-conditioning duct and will not cause water stains which will
affect the appearance, it is, hence, an ideal material for ceiling
installed with air conditioner.
(4) Special weather resistance formula, ceiling colors will be main-tained
unchanged regardless of time factor.
(5) Light in Weight, Easy for Installation, Lowest material loss:
Nan Ya Ceiling Board are lowest material loss during the courses
of production, storage, shipping, cutting, sawing, and welding.
Thereby saving material. Moreover, it is easy for installation.
After installation, it could be easily removed for cleaning, thus
simple in maintenance.
(6) Top in Safety:The long-time usage of Nan Ya Ceiling Board will
not create any floating dust. Therefore it is harmless to people’s
health.

9. ( 一) 量測樓板高度，測水平位置，並計算主架及副架所需
數量。
( 二) 測量主架吊筋T-Bar位置，並擊針固定吊筋T-Bar在樓
板。
( 三) 吊筋T-Bar聯結主架及樓板。
( 四) 將支架固定於主架上。
( 五) 鋪上天花板時，請按箭頭方向依序排列，以維美觀。
(1) Measure the height of floor, adjust the horizontal position, and
calculate required quantities for main-frame and sub-frame.
(2) Measure the location of suspended T-Bar for main-frame, and
fix the suspended T-Bar under the floor .
(3) Join the suspended T-Bar with main-frame and floor.
(4) Assemble sub-frame with main-frame.
(5) Please arrange in order of arrow’s direction for beauty when
cover with ceiling board.
