candidates within the agreed companies.
• We approach the potential candidates and where
applicable carry out first interviews.
• Initial interviews will either be face to face or by video
conference or Skype.
• If this is not practical we will carry out initial in depth
interviews by telephone and will base the interview
process on the key competencies sought for the
vacancy in question.

Executive Search
• A short list of the most suitable candidates CV will be
submitted.
• CV submitted will include additional information such as
specific career achievements and skills and experience
that are less apparent.
• We will also indicate the candidates current salary and
benefits in detail along with expectations and notice
period.
• We will as required assist with organization of
psychometric testing and personality profiling for the
candidates.
• Talisman Fashion is happy to follow up on references at
offer stage.
Database Search
• Advertised selection process from websites and
traditional media.
• We will select the most suitable candidates for first
interviews with Talisman Fashion.
• Interviews will be face to face or by video conference or
Skype. If this is not practical then we will progress with
in depth telephone interviews.
• All CVs submitted will include additional information such
as highlighted career achievements, current and
expected remuneration.
• Talisman Fashion will take responsibility for briefing
candidates for the first interview with the client company
and for providing feedback to the client and candidate.
• Where requested we will manage arrangements for
personality profiling, and assessment processes
/psychometric testing.
