This study investigated the effects of Talinum paniculatum (ginseng jawa) on the internal organs (liver, kidney, and intestine) of 5 mice (Mus musculus) over 20 days. The mice were given 0.5g of Talinum paniculatum leaves mixed in 100ml of water daily. The mice's weight and water consumption were measured daily. After 20 days, the organs were dissected and tissue slides were prepared for microscopic analysis. The slides showed effects in the intestine, liver, and kidney tissues, such as increased mucus secretion in the intestine, enlarged liver sinusoid spaces, and tightly packed kidney glomeruli.
