- 6 Animations-Here is a high-level view of the key elements of Talent Pipeline. -We will then go into more detail on how it works. -Once TP is turned on, your team will be able to add tags to track and find individuals with key attributes, import resumes, track a lead’s source as well as status, where they are in the pipeline, works as a team with full visibility on who is working with this lead. -Finally just like you do today, you can use reminders to stay on top of your tasks.-All of this information will be integrated with Recruiter, will remain proprietary to your organization, and visible across your entire recruiting team.

- For a limited pilot these are the correct settings (seat by seat enablement must follow for pilot group seats)
- Just wanted to help put Tags, Statuses and Sources into context. Tags are flexible but typically would be functional areas, skill sets, etc. Looking ahead, I think companies will be very strategic with how they leverage tags. I think you’ll see companies importing large candidate sets from CRM tools and ATS’s containing stale leads. As they’re adding large numbers of candidates they’ll likely leverage tags to organize silver medalists and hard-to-find candidates to bring those leads back to life in a way that’s meaningful to their teams.Status allows you to keep track on where the candidate is in the sourcing process.
