Found out
This research was a
secondary research
as I gathered some
information from
the internet
Internet Wiki used sift & select to
gather my
information and
erased any
information that
wasn’t relevant.
Used Wikipedia to
find out information
on Haverstock
school and also it’s
background history.
This was a primary
research. I spoke
directly to a group
of people.
Focus Group Year 7 students Asked some
questions on the
promotional video
and took in their
feedback
Found out what
year 7 students
liked best in the
school, and easy and
quickly they found it
to settle into the
school and the
environment.
This was a
secondary research,
as I got information
from the non fiction
Book Btec creative media
book
Used shift & select.
However the book
had tables so it
made it easier for
me to pick out the
correct info.
What I found out in
the book was all the
sectors I would of
needed to cover
when designing and
producing a
promotional video .
Secondary Interviews Selected teachers to
interview and
interviewed them
during promotional
video.
Made a
questionnaire for
the teachers I chose
to interview and
collected the
responses and
recorded them.
In this area I found
out what subjects
are taught in the
school, and who is
the head of each
department in
certain subject
areas. Also what
teachers thought of
the whole
environment and
diversity the school
shows.
