working the same day or to determine what part is needed for the appliance. If a product is in need for a repair I
schedule for the technician to fix the product on site and have the ability to order some parts ahead of time to
offer a benefit for the customer and for the technician. I also offer free In-Home estimates for home improvements that
can be done throughout their house. I can cancel, reschedule, and check on the status of the customer’s service order.

it’s one I’d like to put to work on behalf of a company where I am focused on the pillars of Customer Satisfaction,
Business Growth, Retaining People, Productivity, Creativity and Imagination.
As you’ll see on the enclosed resume, the depth of my experience in customer service, supervisory experience, cash
handling, teller experience and many other experiences which, in turn, offers you the opportunity to hire a real hard
worker who needs little or no training and who is comfortable and successful with the tasks at hand.
Moreover, having worked as a customer service oriented person in a variety of capacities and departments, I have
been fortunate to have several opportunities while working to; offer great customer service to many people, being able
to train and understand the company policies and guidelines to the fullest, learn big equipment such as photo lab
equipment and be able to pass the training onto other employees, and being able to participate in many group
activities and projects to help better the company as a whole and make the work environment more enjoyable to work.
I am currently working hard to pursue my Associate’s degree in Graphic Design and am currently in my senior year
of college through Westwood College. My graduation date is scheduled for July 30th 2015. I am very open minded
and have a creative mind when also designing art and using my talents to excel in my area’s as a Graphic artist. I have
a passion for art and design and also interested in working in an area that I can pursue from a possible intern job to
full-time work with a career that I would enjoy doing in the future.
I am looking for new paths and continued growth with a new company. I would like the opportunity to advance my
career and seek new challenges for the future. I am currently laid off and would like to return to work with a
