Target Audience: The supervisors of all department.
Goal: Making workers aware of the healthy and safety procedures
And Providing extra knowledge to those who are holding hazardous position
Training Time: 03 days
Location: Venue hall (Rent)
Numbers of participants: 40 audience (they are supervisor)
Issues and opportunities: Many accidents occur nowadays, we will try to reduce accident rate
and ensure employee safety.
Target: Each year we are facing 7 to 10 accidents. We wish to reduce it to at least 1 to 2
WORK SCHEDULE OVERVIEW
Day 01: Lecture time (10.00am to 11.00m)
Refreshment : Break ( 11.00am to 11.15am)
Video showing time: (11.15 to 12.00pm)
Question answer session : (12.00am to 12.40am)
Day 02: Lecture time 11.00am to 12.00pm
Refreshment Break : 12.00pm to 12.20pm
Simulation: 12.20pm to 1.30pm
Question answer : 1.30 to 2.30 then Lunch
Day 03: Video showing ( 11am to 12pm)
Simulation : 12 am to 12.50pm
Break for lunch and prayers: 12.50 to 1.50pm
Question answer session : 1.55 pm to 3.00pm.
