2. Modular Central Plants
Modular central plants are custom designed, factory assembled and performance
tested central plants. Plants integrate chillers, boilers, generators, cooling towers,
heat exchangers, pumps, and controls. Plants can be designed for indoor applications
or include an enclosure for outdoor installation.

A modular central plant allows the owner and consulting engineer to retain control
on the design and implementation of the central plant. This allows for proper service
and maintenance clearances even for projects with small footprints. Each modular
central plant is factory assembled, trained personnel, tools and cranes are always
available. Overall risk is reduced with an ETL third party label for the entire plant
and the quality control element not commonly found with field built systems.

3. Modular Pump Packages
Systecon modular pumping systems are custom designed, factory assembled and performance
tested. A modular pumping system usually consists of pumps, motors, variable frequency drives
(VFDs), structural base, power distribution, controls, piping, valves, suction diffusers, air
separator, expansion tank and all instrumentation. Option equipment includes glycol feeder,
capacitance tank, heat exchanger and other specialties. Modular pumping systems can be
designed for indoor applications or include an enclosure for outdoor installation. Modular
pumping systems typically are integrated within a Resylution modular plant.

A modular pumping system can be applied to chilled water, hot water and condenser water
systems. These are applicable to constant speed, primary/secondary and variable primary
systems. Variable primary or VariPrime systems include integrated chiller minimum flow bypass
and control valve.

4. CritiChill
CritiChill™, modular indirect evaporative cooling, is a modular chiller solution designed for air-
cooled chiller replacement. CritiChill may be applied to a number of applications, including
mission critical and process. CritiChill provides the efficiency of a water-cooled chiller and the
benefit of an integrated economizer. For improved redundancy and reliability, CritiChill is
installed as multiple modules with communication between modules.

Standard Pump Packages provide indoor comfort systems and comprehensive facility solutions for
institutional, commercial, and industrial uses. By combining components into standard
configurations, Systecon is able to offer a product that costs less, and requires less time to

All Standard Pump Packages come with factory mounted controls for pump sequencing and
