Vizown is a residential treatment and recovery center for women that provides integrated, individualized treatment for substance use and co-occurring conditions. The goal is to help clients develop a vision for their life after treatment and learn the tools for long-term recovery, which may involve avoiding past relationships or environments that could trigger relapse. Treatment modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed Addictions Treatment, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. The center also utilizes equine therapy, metabolic testing, outdoor experiential activities, nutrition education, acupuncture, and introduces clients to 12-step principles and meetings.
