2. Team Task 1 This is always a concern for internal testing. The only real solution is to involve every person that will be using the software. Have them perform their daily tasks on the test system, and once the testing phase has matured and the bugs appear to be few, implement the system. It is a guarantee that more bugs will be found once the system is implemented, but at least the initial bugs were found, and the current ones can be addressed.
3. Team Task 2 I would include the following questions: What is your position in the company? How often do you use the software? Were you satisfied with the old system? Do you believe the new system adequately addresses problems the previous systems did not? Overall, are you satisfied with the new system? What suggestions would you make to help us create a better experience for you?
5. Team Task 4 The disadvantages include: No time or headway to slowly make the transition. An onslaught of problems from the start. A potentially traumatic experience for users. I would have done a direct cutover, if there were time restrictions and I was under pressure. The other option, if time is less of a concern, is to slowly transition to the new system, called a phased operation.

8. Manage the SWL 1(c) Task 1(b) must wait until task 1(a) is completed. Task 2(b) must wait until task 4(a) is completed. Task 3(b) must wait until task 1(b) is completed. Task 4(b) must wait until task 2(b) is completed.
9. Manage the SWL 2 While 4pm is a for-profit training organization, they offer many services. One of the services offered is even a 1-1 training on the Web. I was not aware that there are so many options involved in choosing training.
