Conceiving bulk Material Supply Agreements (MSAs) with prospective suppliers for Chemical
Injection (CI) and Instrument Air(IA) Skids after thorough review of their technologies and
packages. Eventually reducing procurement span of these long delivery items to reduce/minimize
production losses. Chemicals include Corrosion & Scale Inhibitor, Methanol, Oxygen & H2S scavenger,

Determination of Settle Out Pressure of Compressor package using HYSYS Dynamic De pressuring
Simulation modeling. Exposure to Gas Dehydration and Treatment systems.
Analyzing liquid drop out & hydrate formation by saturating Feed gas in Hysys.
Chaired Design Review (DR) and HAZOP for Separators and Manifolds debottlenecking at Safah
North B using PHA Pro software, with signing off the DR & HAZOP Close out actions.

Study to review options for handling & management of Acid backflow from Reservoirs after Acid
Stimulation (to avoid high pH 4-corrosive backwash) to reach facilities. Report compilation of several
suggested options for presenting to Management.
Conception of Produced Water (PW) treatment Units (15000 BPD) at suction of Injection pumps to
reduce TSS in Injected water to <10 ppm (d90<3 microns), O/W <20 ppm, O2<10 ppb & 0
bacteria count. Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) done for 24 prospective bidders to have finally 4
bidders (due to stringent OXY outlet PW specification) for commercial evaluation.
Conceptualized Unit consisted of Flocculator, Dissolved Nitrogen Flotation (DNF) skid, Multi
Media /Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) filters, O/W separator, Decanter centrifuge, Storage
& Backwash tanks and pumps, O2 Scavenger & Biocide addition skids, Ultraviolet (UV)
treatment Units, Nitrogen and IA generation Skids.
Subsequent Design Review (DR) and HAZOP/HAZID conducted to ascertain unmanned operation.
Scale up studies carried out to install 175000 BPD common unit at Central Processing Facility (CPF).
Technical and award review for Fresh Water treatment from Aquifiers with high sand of 200 ppm
and 150 Microns for Water Injections using Desander, Basket and Nut Shell Filtraters.

Worked with JACOBS ENGINEERING for about 8 years (from 2005 to April 2013), as a Process
Engineer with the Process Engineering Department.
• Worked with Saudi Aramco and Dow collaboration (Sadara) for FEED project. Work involved
PSV/PVRV sizing, equipment sizing, hydraulics-line and pumps, PID development and also Acoustic
Induced & Flow induced vibration (AIV/FIV) calculations. Provided significant contributions to
the project as a lead. Internal and external quality audits were accomplished successfully without
any stern remarks from auditors. Weekly monitoring of productive discipline task hours against the
budgeted Projects hours in PAR, for swift and efficient progress of the project. Initiated Weekly
team meeting for resolution and synchronization of Process team with other Design groups.
Successfully sailed the project, managing a team of 10-12 engineers through 12 months of
fruitful completion with a Client Survey Score of 95%.
• Worked for British Petroleum projects based at Euro port-Rotterdam for Basic and detailed
engineering phases. Job included preparation of PDS for BEP package, PSV load calculation/sizing,
3 Phase separator sizing and Operating manuals at Jacobs-Leiden, Holland office (deputed for 3
months-twice). Prepared an operating manual for BP specific software (E- Click) which can now
be used in 54 different languages, saving revenues. Further led a team of 6 engineers through
sizing of 108 PSVs for the same Project using BP standards and Design Criteria Guidelines.
• Also contributed to NAM projects (SHELL & EXXON-50:50 JV) in Nederland by being a part of
the work share team from Mumbai. Task included PSV sizing and hydraulics.
• Worked for AJS (AMEC-JACOBS-STORK) collaboration for a Offshore project on work share
basis. Work primarily involved pump hydraulics and separator sizing.
• Privilege of working with Basic Engineering Licensor for Diammonium Phosphate (DAP),
Nitric acid and Sulfuric acid fertilizers at Jacobs Lakeland-Florida as a lead engineer

Study to review options for handling & management of Acid backflow from Reservoirs after Acid Stimulation (to avoid high pH 4-corrosive backwash) to reach facilities. Conception of Produced Water (PW) treatment Units (15000 BPD) at suction of Injection pumps to reduce TSS in Injected water to <10 ppm (d90<3 microns), O/W <20 ppm, O2<10 ppb & 0 bacteria count. Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) done for 24 prospective bidders to have finally 4 bidders (due to stringent OXY outlet PW specification) for commercial evaluation. Subsequent Design Review (DR) and HAZOP/HAZID conducted to ascertain unmanned operation. Scale up studies carried out to install 175000 BPD common unit at Central Processing Facility (CPF). Technical and award review for Fresh Water treatment from Aquifiers with high sand of 200 ppm and 150 Microns for Water Injections using Desander, Basket and Nut Shell Filtraters. Detailed design of Desalination units using Reverse Osmosis, Gravity and Cartridge filters. Participated as Process Lead for HAZOP of Acid reflux return separator skid with SGS vendor.
