important. Write in your own words.

・There are various means of communication now. Business e-mail is one of the means
    of communication.

・If we learn how to write business e-mail, we can work efficiently, and we can have
    free time.

・There are a lot of people who do not understand how to write business e-mail.

                                           1
C: Explain 5 reasons why one should read the above articles when preparing to write an
important business e-mail on a topic that is important to you? Write in your own words.

The first reason is style of business e-mail differ from style of a letter. We don't need
to write business e-mail like letter. Business e-mails are usually short and concise.
Therefore, it is general that business e-mail omits a greeting reference to the weather
like the letter. We should use business e-mail according to the time and
  circumstances.

The second reason is to write the business e-mail easy to read. We should try to make
business e-mail comprehensible to customers. Therefore, we use white space and
legible font. Moreover, in the business e-mail, it is important to write the subject
  concretely.

The third reason is not to hurt customer's feelings. Therefore, we should learn how to
write correct business e-mail, and we can send appropriate business e-mail to the
customer. Moreover, we should use the spell-check and re-read our e-mails before it
  send.

The fourth reason is to give a good impression to the customer. Therefore, we should
write business e-mail with sympathy. It is also important to tell the business
  appropriately.

The last reason is to learn what to write in business e-mail. My common sense and
common sense in the writing of mail might be different. Moreover, there are some
contents that must be written in business e-mail. Conversely, there are some contents
that should not be written in business email.

D: Write a paragraph explaining the common guidelines that you find in all the three
articles above. Write in your own words.

We must write a subject concretely in header. As a result, the other party of mail can
understand of the content. Email is much less formal than a written letter. Emails are
usually short and brief. We write business emails easy for the reader to reply yes or no
or give a short answer. We also write business email easy for the other party of mail to
read. It is good to include a telephone number to the signature of business email. This
will give the recipient the chance to telephone if necessary. We confirm whether
spelling is correct when we finish writing it. We should check sentence of it again
before we send business email to the other party of email.

                                          2

this work, reader is embarrassed. Next, should write as easy sentence as possible.
