NC NARAYANAN - FOUNDER CHAIRMAN
Our chairman brings over 50 years of industry experience,
including senior management positions with Crompton
Greaves and Lucas TVS Ltd. NC is a CEO coach and advisor
across 20 countries, where he helps leadership teams to
develop and deploy transformation strategy. He is a
renowned management author and has written books on
Lean, Six Sigma and Management Practice. He regularly
chairs international conferences on Lean Management, Six
Sigma and Operational Excellence.
GANESH IYER - MD SSA TECHKNOWLOGIES
Ganesh has 17 years of industrial and consulting experience,
including stints with Bearing Point, Tata Infotech and Infosys.
He specializes in Lean and Six Sigma deployment and project
and performance management systems. Ganesh graduated in
