Conclusions

   The common themes from the results are:
     ● Strong need for an E1 Basics course for new
       employees
     ● Need for additional training in order to complete
       required E1 tasks
     ● Opportunity for improvement in trouble shooting
       errors
   Training activities need to be customized for
    each department

  • #9 On the question on, “instantly Troubleshooting an error” See that the results vary by Department. On the far right is the Operations Average. Certain Departments scored higher than others. In Orange are Departments that scored 3s and below. 3s are adequate but have opportunities for improvement. Other Departments scored slightly above 3 however there is always a margin of error. Pleased to see San Fernando Warehouse and Product Data Management are doing well in terms of trouble shooting. Give you a moment to read the 2 Comments on the left.
  • #10 On the question on, “requiring additional E1 training to complete job tasks” Scores are overall lower for this question. A lot of scores below 3. See AGAIN that the results vary by Department. Clearly there are opportunities for improvement in all the departments except Product Data Management. Give you a moment to read the 2 Comments on the left. Ask to share any thoughts.
