Xenoa Limited HTPx in the PCB assembly process will undertake to keep a
limited warranty for a period of 30 business days after the delivery of the
products, covering the aspects of the failure of the same that is attributed to
the process of manufacturing, manufacturing, and packaging at the time of
delivery of the product.
QA
Xenoa Limited HTPx in the PCB assembly process will perform an
inspection during the product integration process. Xenoa Limited is not
responsible for errors in the stages corresponding to the client, such as the
design, revision of the list of materials, programming, generation of
manufacturing files. Xenoa Limited can stop production due to an error
generated by the client.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Xenoa Limited HTPx in the PCB assembly process undertakes not to
distribute or disseminate customer information regarding the product or
project to be quoted, such as PCB manufacturing or design files, bill of
materials (BOM), as well as in case of be necessary source code, digital
files, or any information provided by the client regarding the product.
CANCELLATION / VALIDITY
This purchase order after the payment will be canceled only with a
written statement from the client expressing the agreement of this
document as well as the interest to make the cancellation. The client has
a term of 7 working days to request modification or cancellation and this
will have a cost of sanction of 2% with respect to the quotation plus the

workload HeTPro will make the decision to choose the place of manufacture. In any
case, HeTPro is committed to the quality of the service and finished it. If it is
required that the manufacturing is done in one of the two parts please mention it
since the price could vary.
NOTIFICATIONS OR WARNINGS
Any notification of modification, update or agreement of any part of the project
must be in writing to any email with the domain of Xenoa Limited to be valid, as
