2. Definition
Premature ejaculation is a type of sexual
dysfunction that occurs when a man has an orgasm
and releases (ejaculates) semen sooner than he or
his partner would like. It often happens before or
shortly after penetration during intercourse

3. Asbab (Causes):
According to Unani Medicine:
• Zufe Quat-e-Masaka (Due to weakness of retentive power).
• Zufe A’za-e-Raisha (Due to weakness of vital organ).
• Moni ka hararat wa hiddut(Due to excessive hotness &
abnormal hotness of semen).
• Due to excessive amount of mani (semen) & excessive
khoon.
• Due to mazrai kajib ki kashaddigi
(According to Moshi-ul-mulk Hakeem Azmal khan)
• Musterbation(Jalok).
• Excessive coitus

According to Conventional Medicine:
• Depression about performance.
• Anxiety.
• Stress
• Negative sexual experiences in childhood.
• Expecting failure.
• Problem within the relationship.
• Low level of serotonin in brain that shorter time to ejaculate.
• Inflammation or infection in prostate or urethra.
• Showing pornography video.
• Poor body image.
• Irregular levels of neurotransmitters.

5. Alamat(Sing & Symptom):
• Ejaculation occurs before or during
intercourse.
• The problem of sexual weakness must be
found.
• Sometimes it erupts without excitement.
• Unsuccessful in his desires.

6. Taskhis(Diagnosis):
Diagnosis according to kaifhiyat by observation of colour &
consistency of moni(semen).
• 1)If semen is diluted & whitish colour that indicated weakness of
retentive power.
• 2)If semen’s colour & consistency is motadile but present
abundance of moni & dominancy of Khoon that indicated surat-e-
anjal due to excessive moni.
• 3) If moni’s colour is yellowish & it’s consistency is diluted that
indicated surat-e-anjal due to hotness of moni (hararat or hiddud ka
moni).
• 4)Due to weakness of vital organ(zufe a’za raisha) & sexual debility
(zufe-e- bha) that’s indicated surat-e-anjal.
• 5)If present mazrai kajib ki kashad digi it’s the another reason of
surat-e-anjal.

7. Treatment(Elaz):
1)Treatment due to hotness(hararat/heddat)
of semen:
a)Tokme Hammad mixed with Sharbat Khaskhas.
b) Geja : Shira khaskhas mixed with rice & mosuri
2)Treatment due to excessive amount of
semen:
a)Sikanjabeen Buzuri
b)Sharbat Naranj
c)Y’ab anarain
