Supply Chain Internship Program
Program Overview
The Supply Chain Internship Program is a comprehensive, 12-week program that provides
broad exposure and learning to Campbell’s businesses and functions. You will be given a
detailed project(s) and work plan(s) to deliver by the end of the program. In this program,
you will benefit from coaching by committed stakeholders including a manager, mentor,
and others. You will be provided feedback on your performance, contribution, and
leadership. Our program will enable you to accelerate knowledge of our organization,
provide you with a solid foundational understanding in end-to-end supply chain, and
develop your leadership skills. Dependent on your performance and leadership, full time
offers will be made to rising seniors for our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
or Entry Level role.
Possible Internship Assignments (to be determined in Spring 2023)
• Capacity/Demand/Supply Planning
• Commercialization
• Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence
• Customer Supply Chain/Transportation/Warehouse
• Engineering
• Manufacturing
• Network Optimization
• PMO (Program Management Office)
• Procurement
• Quality
Program Location (to be determined in Spring 2023)
• Supply Chain roles may be located at a corporate office or manufacturing site
• Engineering roles will be located at a manufacturing site

What we require of candidates
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related major (i.e. Operations)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Demonstrated technical skills, results, and leadership
• Agile learner with demonstrated self-awareness and flexibility
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to thrive in a team environment
