The 12-week Campbell's Supply Chain Internship Program provides interns with broad exposure to Campbell's businesses and functions through project work. Interns will be coached by managers and mentors and receive feedback on their performance. The program aims to develop interns' knowledge of Campbell's organization and supply chain skills. Depending on performance, interns may receive a full-time offer for Campbell's Supply Chain Leadership Development Program or an entry-level role.

Supply Chain Internship Program
Program Overview
The Supply Chain Internship Program is a comprehensive, 12-week program that provides
broad exposure and learning to Campbell’s businesses and functions. You will be given a
detailed project(s) and work plan(s) to deliver by the end of the program. In this program,
you will benefit from coaching by committed stakeholders including a manager, mentor,
and others. You will be provided feedback on your performance, contribution, and
leadership. Our program will enable you to accelerate knowledge of our organization,
provide you with a solid foundational understanding in end-to-end supply chain, and
develop your leadership skills. Dependent on your performance and leadership, full time
offers will be made to rising seniors for our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
or Entry Level role.

What we require of candidates
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related major (i.e. Operations)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Demonstrated technical skills, results, and leadership
