Full-Time EDGE (End to End Supply Chain) Program
Program Overview
The EDGE Program is a comprehensive program that offers multi-discipline
rotational assignments to high potential candidates. Participants should expect
multiple rotations over a 2-year period, targeted to accelerate growth and
development, while providing a broad exposure to Campbell’s businesses and
functions. Progression through each assignment will be determined based on
employee career goals, developmental opportunities, and business needs. Our
Supply Chain Leadership Team developed this program and are committed to the
development of our future talent.

• Manufacturing
• Supply/Demand/Capacity Planning
• Commercialization
• Customer Supply Chain/Transportation/Warehouse
• Procurement
• Quality
• Operational Excellence
• Network Optimization
Program Location
• A combination of corporate and manufacturing site locations, heavily
manufacturing based
• Must be flexible to work at any Campbell’s location
Program Timing
• January 2023
• June 2023

What we require of candidates
• Degree in Supply Chain or related field (i.e. Operations)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Open to relocation throughout program (within US)
• Flexibility to transition to roles that broaden experience and support business
need
