Title : CDC Data Integration

Duration: Dec 2014 – Till Date

• Involved in development and testing of Datastage jobs.

Title : Reporting Services for Mutual Funds line of business
Duration: January 2013 – Sept 2014

Responsibilities:
• Understanding the concept of Mutual Funds.
• Initial Requirement Analysis and thereby for the additional columns to be involved for
the existing tables and table changes to be involved in multilingual feature
implementation that would cater to French language preferring clients both in Canada
and outside Canada.
• Designing of the Logical Level Design documents for the various tables involved as per
the data model.
• Designing the various stages of the project with special emphasis on performance.
• Development of the various ETL performance tuned jobs as per the mapping documents
specification.

Unitrax is a record-keeping platform used by large mutual funds to keep track of customer
accounts belonging to Citigroup Fund Services Canada Inc (CFSC). The objective of the Fox
program is to cleanse, standardize and integrate the data from legacy systems and load it
into the proposed ODS database which will facilitate operational reporting. This will
drastically reduce the current stress on the legacy systems to manage both the business
operations and the operational reporting during the same time frame.

Title : Sales Reporting System
Client : CBS, USA
Duration: Aug 2012 to Dec 2012
Role : BI Developer
The client used Cognos Impromptu to report data corresponding to the sales and revenue
generation from each program across different regions. Being a very old and outdated
version of Cognos, the tool lacked many advanced features. The objective of the project was
to develop an enhanced yet simplified version of the metadata model in Cognos 10.2
Framework Manager along with redevelopment of the Impromptu reports in the advanced
Cognos 10.2 Report Studio.
Responsibilities:
• Created different types of reports like List, Cross-tab, Chart, Drill-Thru and Master-
Detail Reports.
• Developed Prompt Pages, Cascaded input Prompts to display only the selected
entries in the report and also worked on the customization of prompt parameters.
• Involved in extensive use of conditional formatting while developing reports in Report
Studio..
• Development of 90 reports in Cognos Report Studio
• Analyze existing Impromptu reports to understand the business and functionality of
each report.
• Redevelop the Impromptu reports in Cognos 10.2 Report Studio.

• Analyze existing Neotix reports to understand the business and functionality of each
