for Sustainable Development. Suggested action fields for the new “ESD for 2030” framework
1. Awareness building: ESD remains widely unknown in the general population (ESD / Ecological Civilization)
2. Localized “Quality in Education”: Focus on upscaling local solutions together with policy makers
3. Emphasize linkage between ESD and the labor market: ESD as a method to deliver labor market relevant
competencies, not only a “Green Skill”
