The fifth international meeting on triangular cooperation, organized by the OECD and Camões Institute, focused on implementing the outcomes of the BAPA +40 conference on 17-18 October 2019 in Lisbon. Key discussions included the need for a mindset shift towards inclusive partnerships, the importance of political will, and the necessity to adapt existing structures to facilitate trilateral cooperations.
