Hello ! I am Sujata Chong Carl Chee. I am a Multimedia
Student from Saito College.
Welcome to my Digital Portfolio. It is a portfolio that
contains the works and progress that i did.While doing
this, I get to know that portfolio isn’t just works from
college, but it is the journey in my design field.

Hello ! I am Sujata Chong Carl Chee, a Diploma In
Multimedia student at Saito College. I was born and raised
at Rawang. I am a person who believes that
When there is a will, there is a way.
There are no stupid people, only lazy people.
When i was young, I wish I can help my brother in terms of
game design, and my parents say I am talented which was
inherited by my father. But after studying and digging more
into Multimedia Design, I found out that there are more
roads unlocked for me. I have interest in
Photography,Video Editting, Motion Graphics,
Web Design, Digital Illustration and 2DAnimation.

5. Learning is a never ending process. In this journey, I will
continue to progress in my profession and stick to my aim
which is to be a better designer and being able to come
out with an astonishing and remarkable work. Eventually
recognised by the professionals.
My Passion
My works are influenced by popular online illustrators on
instagram such as

My animation and video productions, is influenced byTouching
Commecial, Daoko- Girl/Mememe, Riot Games Production,
Digic Pictures and Sucker Punch Production.

7. My Learning Journey Computer Graphic Design
In this subject, I learnt how to impliment design principle, choosing the right colours, and
suitable typography in my projects. I usedAdobe Illustrator to do tracing, create
typography, and generate new ideas. I am grateful to have learnt this because it taught me
the importance of using appropriate design principle in different occasions and it trained
my patience to produce unique and tidy work within the given time.

8. My Learning Journey Videography
In videography, I learned how to plan storyboard, how to shoot videos in correct angles and
create opportunity for the best timing.Adobe Premiere Pro is used to edit videos and Adobe
Audition is used to edit the soundtracks.The importance of this is, we can save a lot of time
while executing the video, and always be ready to overcome obstacles during the video
making process.As working in a group is so much different compared to working
individually. Therefore during the group project we have to respect each other’s opinion and
compromise for the very best video production.

9. My Learning Journey Digital Illustration
While taking this subject, I usedAdobe Photoshop and PaintTool Sai to illustrate. I learned about
the usage of brush presets for different situations, colourization, and how manipulate the colour
texture on a 2D surface. I find this subject is intresting as character designing, portrait drawings
and also weaponary designs has always been by passion.

10. My Learning Journey 3D Modeling
Maya is the base for this subject. Here I learned how to imagine 3 Dimensionally, in order to
produce a more realistic looking object. Lighting places a major role as well as the colour
texture.Therefore, I spend a longer time to discover the ways to improvise the model that I am
designing. I realised doing 3D modeling requires immense hardwork and constant practices.
Therefore I will find more ideas and solutions from various media to acquire a better result.

11. Success story / Showcase Illustration
I love drawing since I was young, but due to my family poor
financial I wasn’t able to afford drawing classes. Despite that,
nothing could stop me from drawing, with a piece of paper and a
pen, I started practicing on drawing until today.
Gradually, drawing comics has become my hobby. Eversince I
learned the digital way, I started publishing my comics on
Webtoon. I enjoy drawing as it express my feelings and my
passion. I often join competitions hoping that my passion to draw
will pass on to the people who admires my work.
Moreover, I often fullfill my friend’s

13. Success story / Showcase Photography
I love taking pictures of the nature. Everytime I take a
picture, I will wait for the best timing as the weather of a
day changes every second and the changes doesn’t stop to
fascinate me. It requires a lot of patience indeed but I think
it’s worth it.While for the photo editing process I used
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

I used to think that web design is a very difficult and complicated
subject. But when I get to know more about it, it is much easier to
adapt than I thought.Wordpress is the software that I used forWeb
Design Devolepment.While,WebHost000 is the site where I publish
my web online.The software is the main platform to make things easy.
My personal opinion for a good website is to be simple and neat yet
attractive. I am glad to have the compliments from my lecture and
friends on my web design and for that I will do even better in the
future. Because i know there are always room for improvement.

16. Internship
I had my internship Programme at a Korean Cosmetic E-Commence
Company,Althea. It is located at UOA, Bangsar.
During my Internship, I was placed under the Creative Production
Department.What is do is mainly design based works such as
Videography,Video Editting, Photography, Photo Editting, Content
Creating, Storyboarding and some plannings.
But after 7 weeks, my supervisor leftAlthea for good, and I was
transferred to Marketing Department. I get to do some task that is not
related to design, but since I can finish them fast, I requested the Design
Department for some tasks for me to do.
It is a very good experience to work in Althea, as the surrounding is
fresh and friendly. I was able to work without great pressure and
flexible time. I’ve learn a lot in this company and will be looking
forward for my final semester in Saito College.

17. Internship
I had to come out with ideas, storyboard, script, minit
meeting, and after that, take videos of the scenes and handle
video editting. I will finish one video every week to be
posted on the social media,YouTube.

18. Internship
I was given more task by the DesignTeam. I was provided
with footages by the head of design.What I need to do is to
edit the videos and it will be posted on the website mainly
for Bare Essentials Products.

19. Internship
I had to take pictures as training and to use them as the
picture thumbnail for the videos.And some related
content creation works. In this process, I learned a lot
about camera setting skills, lightings, props and suitable
compotision for a good picture.

I had create content for the banners and edit them. I did
quite a lot of these, and was able to finish it in a short time.
