Currently, there’s still no out-of-the-box way to achieve this with XM Cloud, so we have to rely on external tools such as Personalize. Meaning that if you need to unlock the power of decision models and the more advanced capabilities that Sitecore CDP & Personalize can offer, you have to build your own integration. In this presentation, you will learn how to dodge this limitation and easily configure component-level personalization, integrating XM Cloud with Personalize in a very straightforward and familiar way.
