DAVIS ENGINEERING
Manufacturing Engineering - ERP Production Controller 2013-PRESENT
Using Infor VISUAL ERP created, tracked and maintained all company Work Orders through
their entire Manufacturing cycle. These Work Orders included Planned Work Orders,
Custom Work Orders, FAI Work Orders and RMA's.
Updated and maintained Manufacturing Plans, taking into account Manufacturing
capabilities (both internal and external), decisions to make/buy parts, routing of material as
well as Batch sizing.
Created Engineering Masters that laid out the Operational Steps, Internal Test Plans,
Assembly Procedures, Special Process as well as any Outside Services that might be
required.
Interacted extensively with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Structural Design and Program
Management on a daily basis.

Using Davis supplied Aerothermal data, as well as Customer Documentation pertaining to
existing Naval or Air Craft structure, created Installation & General Arrangement
