spare parts business with integration of multiple warehousing systems and
other legacy systems. First phase was completed and second Phase is in
Realization Phase.
• Closely worked with Business and IT partners map the TO_BE solution
while leveraging standard SAP solution and keeping the End-state in
mind.
• Actively participated in brainstorming and prototyping activities to
identify efficient integrated solutions for complex business
requirements which include STO execution process, gATP Sourcing, TPOP
Sourcing and Execution and Dealer to Dealer Sourcing in gATP.

• Identified TO_BE solution for the entire project. Created Cross

during Advanced Prep and Blueprint phases of the project. Reviewed the

This project is to upgrade SCM component from 5.1 to 7.0 for SPP component
• Collaborated with the business, reviewed the new features of
SCM 7.0 and identified the changes as many as 20 that need to
be made to the custom applications and identified required
conversion activities which include new Badi around parent
Safety Stock, Material Master Interface changes and custom
developed applications due to moving around of some data
fields between product master and product location Master
databases, TPOP Forecast changes and Partial work days.

functionalities when executing on huge volume of planning objects (25 mil
planning objects).
• Performed extensive performance traces and analysis using ST12.
• Created innovative solutions to improve the runtime performances
include Parallel thread execution using ABAP, SQL changes,
create/update indices on Tables, File mode of data transfer between SAP
and Legacy systems, Leveraging Hashed/Indexed Internal tables in ABAP,
Applying buffering techniques whenever applicable.

timely to the management.
