Group members conducted research on how an individual can achieve business success while adhering to norms. They interviewed five businessmen and two religious scholars. The research found that it is possible to have a successful business legally and ethically by setting goals, learning from others, treating all people respectfully, embracing diversity, and avoiding harming society. The researchers concluded that success is possible without large starting capital by defining success relative to positively impacting society within legal and ethical norms.
