Microsoft Word (DOC/DOCX) is the most common format that Turnitin currently accepts. Other commonly accepted formats
include HTML, Portable Document Format (PDF), Rich Text Format (RTF) and Plain text (TXT).
However, it is not recommended to include any images with formats such as .jpg, .png, .tif, .gif, .bmp, etc. in the file.
