This document provides information on the existing conditions of a site for an urban design project, including: 1. The existing buildings are mostly newly built houses and some older structures built with traditional materials. 2. The area has a sparse settlement pattern with buildings spaced far apart and includes farmland, green spaces, and a river. 3. An analysis of the site found opportunities to improve connectivity between permeable surfaces and create habitat corridors, as well as a need for better infrastructure, street connections, and activity spaces.
