❖ The bid has two parts to it:!
❖ 1. Letter from LCP expressing intent to
open a specialised unit in the
particular university. - Max. 1 Page!
❖ 2. Application - Max 2 Pages!
❖ 3. Market Research document of the
university you are bidding for (From
the MR you have already conducted)
If you wish to open an SU in
two different colleges, you
need to submit two bids.
Deadline for bid submission : 8th
September, 2014. 10:00 PM.

❖ Why do you wish to open a specialised unit?!
❖ How much membership from your LC can you devote to setting up & training
an SU? What is your suggested OS for the same?!
❖ Do you currently have members in the potential SU Market? If yes, how many?!
❖ Briefly mention the goals you are looking to achieve through this specialised
unit.!
❖ What kind of support have you received from the university till date for
AIESEC activities?
