- 2. Guide to Application Forms Here is a quick guide to help answer some questions you may have about making an application. Download & Print Complete Form Submit OutcomePayment Processing Award
- 3. 1. Download & Print 3 Cross Row Visit http://uod.ac.uk/money to download our application form and print it. (We don’t accept digital applications at the moment!)
- 4. 2. Complete with evidence 3 Cross Row Complete your form (in pen) and include ALL the evidence we ask you to provide. All evidence is non- returnable so ensure they are copies and not originals. Applications that are submitted incomplete will be delayed in processing and this will delay any financial aid you may be awarded. If you require help with the forms, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
- 5. 3. Submit Application 3 Cross Row Submit your completed application (with evidence!) to the post box outside our office. If out of working hours, submit to the red post box on Level 4 of DUSA (opposite the pool tables).
- 6. 4. Processing Applications 3 Cross Row We will process your application within 10 working days (although it’s usually done much quicker than this!). We will contact you by email if we have any queries regarding your application.
- 7. 5. Outcome 3 Cross Row The outcome of your application will be emailed to you. Keep checking your emails!
- 8. 6. Awards 3 Cross Row If you have been awarded financial aid, you will be asked to come into our office to check the bank details we have for you are correct and sign our form. Please make sure you have your matriculation card with you as we ask for identification.
- 9. 7. Payment 3 Cross Row Payment of awards will be paid into your bank account within 10 working days once your form has been signed.
- 10. Re-applications 3 Cross Row If your circumstances change and you need to make another application to us, please download and complete the RE-APPLICATION form found at http://uod.ac.uk/money
- 11. Remember!!... 3 Cross Row If your circumstances change at any point then we need to know so we can update our records! Please contact us ASAP!

Although it may not seem important, each student has different information written on the back of their SAAS award letter and we need to see this to help process your application. Q. Why can’t I submit my application online? A. Unfortunately, we can only accept paper submission at present.
