This study analyzes the relationship between adjusted box office collections of Bollywood movies and various determinants like genre, ratings, runtime and economic factors. Dependent and explanatory variables are identified and their descriptive statistics are presented. Correlation and regression analyses are conducted to understand how determinants influence collections. The regression model explains 73.34% of the variation in adjusted collections. Runtime and ratings are found to be most significant determinants of collections, while some genres and economic factors show a negative relationship.
