Tripping on leads from the equipment 2. Bags could be put down and in the way 3. Background Curtain falling 4. Lighting stands falling Sf, St, Cr, Cl, V, D, X, L, W (For All Risks) F Min Min Maj Ps Pr R Ps Leads pushed to the sides of the room out of the way Lockers available to store belongings in Strong metal bars holding them up and cords to alter safely fastened to the curtain Tripods have safety clips so they shouldn’t move once fixed Photographer of the group warning other members of the group of leads Ensure all bags and belongings are out the way on in a locker before the shoot starts Photographer makes sure everyone in group is aware of how to alter the curtains so they can do this safely without injury Check all safety clips are securely fastened before shot stars *1 Sf = staff St = students Cr = contractors Cl = cleaners V = visitors D = people with disabilities X = young/inexperienced L = lone workers W = women of child-bearing age *2 This is without control measures F = fatal Maj = major injury or permanent disability Min = minor injury NR = non-reportable *3 This is with control measures in place Fr = frequent/likely/could occur repeatedly/expected Pr = probable/not surprised/might occur often Ps = possible/could occur sometime R = remote/unlikely but conceivable U = unlikely/improbable such that likelihood is almost zero
